How to Assign Targets to Activities?
1. Click on menu button Download App on our Home Page
2. Scroll down and click on Log In button
3. You will be redirected to our CoachTrigger App
4. Put your login credentials and log in
5. Under Users you see a blue link with a number of users. Click on the blue link
6. Now you see all the Users in the client system
7. Click on the blue link Impersonate on the user that is Administrator
8. Now you’re logged in as administrator in the Company System
9. On the left side under Settings you will find the Activities
10. Click on Activities
11. Click on Add Activity
12. Fill in the Name, Points, Default target and click the Save button
13. If the activity has already been created before, and the target should be modified, click on the green note sign
and click on New State.
14. Fill in the Points, Default target, From Date and click the Save button
15. After setting it up, this new target needs to be manually modified on each user whose activity had been previously assigned before. TARGETS DO NOT UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY on each User.
16. In order to update the target on an activity that had previously been assigned to a particular User, click on Users.
17. Look for the particular user and click on the three-dots sign
18. Search for the activity which target needs to be updated and click on the
sign
19. Click on New Target and set up the New Target and From Date.
20. Click on Save and the new target will be updated on this specific Activity.
21. Repeat the same on all activities which target needs to be manually updated on each particular User which activity had been previously assigned.
