How Can I Add or Edit an Activity?

1. Click on menu button Download App on our Home Page

2. Scroll down and click on Log In button

3. You will be redirected to our CoachTrigger App

4. Put your login credentials and log in

5. Under Users you see a blue link with a number of users. Click on the blue link

6. Now you see all the Users in the client system

7. Click on the blue link Impersonate on the user that is Administrator

8. Now you’re logged in as administrator in the Company System

9. On the left side under Settings you will find the Activities

10. Access the Activities Tab: Click on “Activities” tab located on the left side of the platform

11. Add a New Activity: Click on the “Add Activity” icon on the right side to add more activities

12. Name and Select the Activity: Enter the Name, Points, and Default target

13. Save the Activity: Click “Save” to add the new activity to your platform

14. Edit the Activity: Click on the blue pencil to edit a current Activity or click on the red bin to delete a current Activity

15.Add a New Text Activity: Click on the “Add Text Activity” icon on the right side if you would like to add a Text Activity

16. Fill in the Question and choose the type of Answer you would like to be filled in: Answer with Yes/No or Answer with a text (max. 200 characters)
